The details
- What counts as an analysis?
- One AI reading of one company, written from that company's most recent filings. Opening an analysis that already exists does not count again, so revisiting your own work is free on every plan.
- Does it renew, and can I cancel?
- It renews. A monthly plan charges again on the same date each month, and a yearly plan on the same date each year, until you cancel. Cancelling is whenever you like, from Settings: your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that. Refunds are covered separately.
- How is payment handled?
- Through Stripe, in US dollars. Card details go to Stripe directly and are never held by Materiality. The terms cover the rest.
