Cancellations and refunds

Effective 25 July 2026

Cancel whenever you like, from your own account settings, without emailing anyone or explaining yourself.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the account then moves to the free plan. Nothing is taken away the moment you cancel.

How to cancel

Open account settings, choose Manage billing, and cancel there. The change is immediate and your settings page will show the date your access ends.

What refunds are for

Refunds exist for charges that were not meant to happen. They are not a trial period, and the free plan is there so you can see what the product does before paying for it.

  • A renewal you did not intend. If a subscription renewed and you had not meant to continue, tell us within thirty days of that charge and the renewal is refunded in full, provided you have not made significant use of the new period.
  • A first payment you did not intend. If you meant to stay on the free plan, or subscribed on the wrong plan or the wrong billing interval, tell us within seven days and before significant use, and it is refunded in full.
  • A duplicate charge for the same period is always refunded in full.
  • If the service was materially broken for a sustained part of a period you paid for, a refund or a credit is available, whether or not you used it.

When a refund is declined

Significant use means more than a quarter of that period’s new analyses: 25 on Pro, 125 on Premium. Past that, the thing you paid for has largely been delivered and cannot be returned, so the charge stands. Generated analyses stay in your history either way.

  • Changing your mind partway through a period. Cancelling leaves your access intact until the period ends, so you receive what you paid for.
  • Part-used periods are not refunded pro rata.
  • Not having used the service, on its own. An unused subscription is still a subscription you chose to keep, which is why cancelling is one click and needs no explanation.
  • Dissatisfaction with what the analysis concluded. This is research, not advice, and it does not promise a particular answer or outcome.

What you tell us has to be accurate

Refunds are decided on what you say about your own account, and we take it at face value rather than demanding evidence. That only works if it is true. A request that turns out to rest on an inaccurate statement can be declined, and an account that does it repeatedly can be closed under the terms of service.

Statutory rights

Consumers in some countries have cancellation or cooling-off rights for digital services that go beyond this policy. Nothing here limits those rights, and they apply regardless of what this page says.

Asking for a refund

Email norrowstudiossupport@gmail.com from your account address, saying which charge you mean and what happened. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

If something has gone wrong with a charge, please ask before disputing it with your bank. A dispute takes weeks and a message usually takes a day.
